A specialised pain-management clinic with two practices needed to translate clinical authority into digital trust. The category is brutal — patients only book when credibility lines up perfectly with desperation.

— My Strategy

I built a full-funnel system: Meta Ads at the top, social-led trust at the middle, WhatsApp automation at the conversion layer. Every Reel was scripted around a patient story — "She had headaches every single day. I asked ONE question…" — because in healthcare, narrative beats info every time.
